Price I saw when I searched was the price I paid. No booking fee appearing at the last step, no charge for the shuttle, nothing added on at the barrier. Refreshing.
One night in Amsterdam for work. Booked Short Stay the evening before, parked twenty metres from the shuttle stop, and was at Terminal 2 fifteen minutes after leaving the car. Exactly what I needed.
Our inbound was delayed by four hours and I was dreading the phone call. Texted them when we finally landed and the car was outside Arrivals by the time we had cleared baggage. No extra charge, no fuss.
Booked on behalf of my parents, who are in their seventies and not confident with airport parking. The driver walked them right to the terminal door. They rang me afterwards to say how easy it had been.
Booked Meet & Greet for a 6am departure with two small children. The driver was waiting exactly where the email said he would be, checked the car over with me in about two minutes and we were inside the terminal before the kids had woken up properly. Car came back to Arrivals spotless.
Rang twice with questions before booking and got a real person both times who knew what they were talking about. Small thing, but it is why I went with them over the cheaper listing I found on a comparison site.
Used Park & Ride for a fortnight in Portugal. Shuttle turned up within about five minutes of parking, driver helped with the cases, and the compound is properly secure — fenced, lit, cameras everywhere. Half what the airport wanted.
I am fussy about my car and I was nervous about handing the keys over. They photographed it at drop-off, I got the same photos on the way back, and the mileage had gone up by four miles. That is the whole journey and nothing else.
Third trip this year and it has been the same every time — quick handover, car exactly where they said it would be on the way back, mileage the same as I left it. That consistency is why I keep booking.
Service itself was faultless. My only note is that I had to read the confirmation email twice to find the bay number for the handover. Everything else was smooth and the driver was very professional.
No complaints about the parking or the security, and the price was excellent for ten days. The shuttle was full on the way out so we waited for the next one, which cost us ten minutes. Would still use again.
Three weeks away and the daily rate dropped the longer we booked, which I had not expected. Worked out cheaper than a week at the airport car park. Compound felt safe when we dropped off at night.
